Good to see most motorists doing the right thing.

I'm sorry but that guy is dangerous. That speed, sometimes greater than 160 KPH is putting everyone at risk, especially himself. I find it hard to believe any ambulance service would condone such a response for blood. The video is more attune to the likes of Ghost Rider and we all know how he ended up.
If that was Australia he would be suspended.

By the time you heard the siren he was gone, not sure why the horn, he must be an invincible 18yr old

So at what age does this "old enough to know better" kick in?

Tough call, expecting the patient to hold onto the pillion seat through all that.

Oh- it's a blood run... !?
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Maybe it was an Organ donor run.

From all my extensive knowledge
(watching E.R and Grey's anatomy) these things are very time sensitive...

I think for me that would be the ride of a lifetime.
Probably rite at the end of my lifetime if one cage driver decides that the traffic in the other lane is moving at 1Km faster then his lane.
Honk. Just to ride

By the time you heard the siren he was gone, not sure why the horn

the horn button changes the tone of the siren - standard setup
