I've not done any long distance country/night work with them yet, but I'm pretty happy with the beam pattern, additional brightness over the 65/55 H4's, and low beam cut-off. With the high beam set at the correct height for maximum penetration, low beam is quite flat and close on the road in front of the bike, but that does not seem to be a problem for me. Taffmak's photos give a very good accurate indication of the beam pattern. My LED flood pattern driving lights fill in the roadsides very nicely. I must test them on a good open country road and report back, but nights have been sooooo cold recently.
I liked the fanless D2D gloves that I tried, but they gave a very poor pattern with little difference between high and low beam, resulting in
very annoyed oncoming traffic. I've written off the cost of that experiment as a "self education expense". See
