WA Mid Week Lunch RTE End of August

Well with the Border Run and a few other events July and August have been very busy for me but by the end of August things will have eased off a little so looking at a mid week lunch ride either 30th Aug (Tuesday) or 31st Aug (Wednesday) or 1st Sept (Thursday). Any one interested?
If so pick a date and maybe suggest a destination.
