For Sale '06 ST1300A Red VGC
« on: January 03, 2018, 11:32:55 AM »
Hi there,
My ST1300A is for sale as a result of my purchase of a non ST motorcycle.

I am the second owner having bought her in 2010 from the first owner, a Ulysses member who had put 79k long trip kms on her.

She is in very good condtion, well maintained by both of us with service history.
She has never let me down, only problems I have had have been faulty relay on the electric windscreen and a rough idle at one stage that was rectified.

Runs extremely well, I dont think the kms are a big issue, the engines are smooth, powerful and under stressed such that they can record exceptional mileages with minimal loss of performance.

It is well setup for touring and safety with:
  • heated handgrips
  • seat professionally improved with high density foam for all day comfort
  • 12V power outlet in front LH glove box
  • Stebel Nautilus Compact Air Horn which is extremely loud and gets attention of inattentive motorists
  • additional modulated LED brake light
  • gear position indicator

Bike is located in Victoria on the Mornington Peninsula. RWC will be provided if required for Victorian purchaser.

Price is a very reasonable $5250

Contact Rick on 0438 048 766 for further information. Note is also listed on Bikesales

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
