Saturday ... an early start, fuel for bikes and riders at Wentworth - Jackpot Bakery on Adam Street (Silver City Highway), and then we headed north, about half-way to Broken a short stop at the Coombah Truck Stop. Short because it was closed, Steve wanted to top up his fuel, but had to wait until he got to Broken Hill.
My last visit to Coombah was in 2012, it was June's Roadhouse then, there's a ride report on this

Despite the grumpy service (may have been June's sister that served us), the coffee and food was good, and is recommended.
A short walk after lunch, some charming, lovely old buildings, lots of history, worth at least a two day visit next time, then a short ride to Silverton.
Johnny, Jonathon and Vera arrived and we settled into our digs.
At around 4 O'Clock I could hear a beer calling our names, so PC, Steve, Nigel and I found the bar. Ahh, Toohey's Dark Old on tap - YES!!! The couple of hours to dinner were usefully fulfilled.
Dinner was inside, well a covered veranda, and despite a coupla heaters it was a tad cool. The menu was quite acceptable, I think everyone enjoyed what was on offer.
It wasn't a late night for me, returned to the cabin around 9:00pm.
I'm sure others have pics to post.
