Early birds, Saturday's booking is for 18 to 20 under name of "Michael from OzSTOC" has been confirmed.

Be there, or be square.....or elsewhere.

Anyone heard from Bodo?

I suppose you will all get a good opportunity to see all of the Lake Bolac sites of interest tomorrow morning.  Although, what to do after 9:00am?

If you get a chance tonight, introduce yourselves to Jason at the pub and make sure we get a table near the heater for tomorrow's lunch, and don't forget to ask for the OzSTOC discount.

Cheers Michael!
Yep, seen all the sights yesterday so might as well head home... Lol.
Never got to speak to Jason but we had a very enjoyable dinner...
Not sure about the fire, it's in the Cafe area while we're in the bistro.... But never fear, I'm sure it will still be warm enough!

Safe travels everyone!!!  :thumbs

Home safe at 4.20pm. First 20km from Lake Bolac a little damp, then clear weather from Dunkeld to home.
Great value food, and terrific friendly service, but they have a strange understanding of a 'small serve' of chips.
I did manage to get through half of them....

Yes, excellent, large (couldn't finish it) chicken parma for $20.  Great service, friendly people, worth a re-visit some time.

Good company, 16 I think - will count later.  Thanks to all who attended.

Heavy showers on way home, good weather gear, stayed dry, home at 5:45pm.
Cheers,  Williamson (AKA Michael)

Other than the weather being a bit soggy, it was a great day. Food, company, just fantastic. Haven't had a parma that good in years, fresh and properly presented, yum yum.
Few of the crew have stayed over, never thought of that, but with my thirst, probably a good thing.
Highly recommend to anyone that's in the area, for lunch/dinner, a place to eat. :eek

Back home after an easy ride on the Western Hwy. Had good weather both ways, Saturday was a bit wet all day. Hats off to those who braved the inclement weather and rode back the same day :thumbs. .  RTE at Lake Bolac Hotel was great, as was the food  :like. Some of us stayed overnight at the Lake Bolac Motel and had a bbq and a few drinks that evening which was great. It was nice meeting new member Franz👍, some did not make it, hope all is well. Thanks Michael for organising  :Like:
Cheers till the next one

Sue & I got home around an hour ago...

Had a busy day...after leaving the Lake Bolac Motel this morning we ended up at Kryal Castle (just out of Ballarat) for a while then decided a run to Bendigo was in order.
After a stop off at the Beechworth Bakery (for a late lunch) which is actually in Bendigo, we then visited Bendigo Pottery and the adjacent antique market.

All in all we had a top weekend spent with some great people...

Thanks to Michael for organising this RTE!

Oh, I'll post a coupla pics when I get a chance...

I definitely recommend the meals at the Lake Bolac Hotel...generous portions at very reasonable prices.
Also the couple running the Lake Bolac Motel are lovely people and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable...
