Victorian alpine ride

Hi All, I am hoping to go for a ride from Waikerie  thru the Victorian Alps to Cooma on my st1300 depending on weather either b4 Easter or the second half of April and could use some advice.
Are the following  roads all bitumen.
Alpine way
Bogong high plains
Benambra Corryong Rd
Omeo hwy
Great alpine rd
Any other advice or suggestions  will be very welcome.

Whatever you do, don't attempt that road, I cut through there a couple of years ago in my car and my teeth are still loose...
Calling it a dirt/gravel road is being kind...it's actually more rock...  :||||
