Signed up to the website earlier this month and this just our little intro. We have owned to ST’s over the last seven years. Our first was a 2001 ST1100 and we had such a great run from it we upgraded to a 2009 about six months back and we just love the new bike. I started riding at age 10 around the farm and continue with all sorts of bikes till my late twenty’s I did my thing with the kids for many years and slowly we got them into riding on dirt bikes together, when they got into their teens and Dad wasn’t cool any more I got back into road bikes. My preferred bike has always been Honda, I have owned BSA Triumphs three Honda 750’s a Kawasaki 900 and a fantastic early GL 1000LTD Gold Wing and the two ST’s. Kathy and I get away as much as we can on weekend rides interstate and all over this great state but we are looking forward to meeting some Fellow ST riders so.. If the SA members are doing any weekend rides we would love to hear from them. We have pencilled in the June York Peninsular ride so hopefully we will see you SA rider then.
Worst ride: mmmmmmm…………. never had one.
Best ride: My Daughter finished her Royal Australian Navy marine technical course at HMAS Cerberus and purchased her first road bike ( A Honda Of Course) and rode back to Adelaide via the Great Ocean Road for a few days yep it’s the stuff memories are made of.
