Don't like the top box mount.  You'd only make it higher to make a better backrest.  The negative is it raises the C of G unnecessarily.
Neat looking bike.  Heated grips a nice feature, and there's a RAM mount ready for farkling.

I know of a 1998 ST1100 with only 46,500 ks on it, also has ABS and Traction control, OEM Topbox with oem mount, intercom n CB for around $5,500.

If you want anyone to look at it Steve let me know. Just down the road. The Bike STroppy mentions has been barely used since the current owner bought it, and STroppy has ridden it so knows what it is like.
