As it appears to be not working very well I am thinking about deleting the App. as is probably one of the reasons my phone is going flat quickly

It certainly hasn't appeared to work as expected but with so few signing up there was no point it spending more money to make it work just shutdown Victoria and let them and NSW develop their own system.

I am now for inserting a chip in everybodies arm  :||||

I recent times I have not seen any of our political or medical leaders reminding us to "Download the App" as part of the Covid-19 strategy.     It was probably a good concept that has not proved to be as effective as anticipated.

I think the uptake was fairly high even if it wasn't as high as they had hoped...over 7 million, I believe.
Unfortunately the federal government now refuses to release information on the number of Aussies still using the app, on the grounds it could risk public safety and harm commonwealth-state relations.  :||||
