I'm leaving Adelaide mid-morning on Wednesday and heading over via Hay and the Newell Highway.  Forecast along the way is for temps around 20 degrees and half a chance of a shower, so nice riding conditions.   See you all at Inverell (or the Stockman at Texas for lunch)

Robjob and I are leaving Brisbane Friday morning heading to Stanthorpe for lunch then onto Texas where we are staying at the Texas Hotel. If anyone is staying in Texas overnight and would like to catch up give Rob or myself a call and we can catch up for dinner and a couple of drinks. It will be the first time back on the bike after our last overnight RTE that turned out to be a very expensive weekend. Let's hope and pray Friday 13th is good to us.  Looking forward to catching up with everyone at the Stockman Hotel for lunch on Saturday.

For anyone South bound from the Copeton Dam ride on the Sunday morning Pockey and I promised Abe some curly fries at Kentucky shop......if anyone is interested and heading South anyway....10k's of Dirt or we may add the 30 minutes and go back around via Inverell. Get there about 11:30.

I am going south, but have to be home by Monday morning so have to get a move on.  Make sure you keep those sweet potato wedges, chilli and sour cream from Abe, as I think I liked them better   . Just have to go there again to compare

OK, here's one for you.
If one turns left out of Maccas into Percy Street, how many blocks do you travel before turning left then right onto Wood St?
The reason I ask is, every time I do it, there's a "No Right Turn" sign at Wood St which is a pain (if you obey it).
