With this lockdown, I usually sit on my computer 12 hours or more a day now…

I think its bad for my health.

I should find a comfortable chair to sit on.

I've just had a new front tyre fitted to my ST so now that I've re-installed the wheel I had better go for a ride, just to make sure all is good!

Me thinks my ride will be more like 3.20km though.

I tried that Russ, but the neighbours complained that I made more noise than the bike

I did notice that the front tyre was down a little, so I plugged the compressor into the bike and pumped it up again. Might have to keep a check on that tyre?

I've been having the same problem, Kev...
Not sure if it's the TPS, a valve or perhaps a nail causing it...but it's got steadily worse, especially after my last ride the other day so I figured it was time to replace the tyre.

Now that I've got the new tyre fitted at least that eliminates a puncture!

Good thing I checked the tyre pressure after the bike shop fitted & balanced the tyre, they'd left the pressure at 58psi!

And this was after they charged me an arm & a leg!
