Life is hard with all these restrictions.
I used to 'Gofra ride' to get some headspace and free my mind.
Can't do that at present, so I have taken up a new agenda.
Some people like to do Yoga, or Tai Chi to gain inner peace.
I started practising 'Gobakta' several weeks ago, and have now attained the third progress level.
When I awake each morning, I Gobakta bed for a couple of hours until the urge to exercise has passed.
