6.40pm Cold enough to freeze the nuts off your tractor.

I think that reported 10 degrees was recorded indoors with the heater on.

Still raining here in Portland, I have emptied 38mm from my rain gauge since Saturday afternoon.
Not heavy rain, just constant short shower bursts.
No more hail since yesterday, just cold wet and windy.
